Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement

Our latest update as of 20th October 2020
It's natural that our clients and their families are concerned about the coronavirus pandemic that's swept the country. Here at Dignity Carers we are working with the relevant authorities and health bodies to provide up to the date medical information and procedures that are critical to our operations.
We are now in the month of October 2020 during the coronavirus pandemic and heading into the winter season. We would like to reassure our clients we are doing everything possible to minimise the risk of infection.

We regularly replenish our moderate stockpile of PPE that we have introduced into our working practices since the pandemic first broke out, we also have a contingency stock just incase of shortages. We have also introduced new stringent procedures to our operations in order to provide a safe working environment for our clients and staff.

This pandemic is a current situation that has very frequent updates, we are checking this every day to ensure we stay on top of the latest medical and scientific advice.

The following Covid-19 general hygiene principles apply to us all:

Wash hands
Keep washing your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds with soap and water or use a hand sanitiser that has at least 60% alcohol content
Cover face
Wear a face covering in enclosed spaces, whether that be on service visits, in offices, in shops and on any transport service (public or private).
Make Space
stay at least 2 metres apart - (or 1 metre with a face covering or other precautions) from anyone you do not live with (or anyone not in your support bubble).
